Visitor Reception

Since the fire at Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris on April 15, 2019, the building has been closed to the public.

However, the volunteers from the CASA association, who have been showcasing the edifice for 50 years, continue their mission of welcoming visitors around the cathedral. A daily artistic and spiritual presentation is offered to individuals in various languages. The meeting point is the statue of the Virgin on the forecourt.

This page does not address the free access system based on an online time slot reservation that will be implemented before the reopening. We will not respond to any inquiries related to the reopening of the cathedral.
