During the Easter season, the Regina Caeli no longer speaks of a valley of tears as in the Salve Regina Antiphon, but of resurrection and heaven, where Mary is the queen beside her Son (many sculptures and stained glass windows at Notre-Dame de Paris depict her in this way).
You can listen to the Marian Antiphon Regina Caeli sung in the choir of Notre-Dame here:
Text in English
Queen of Heaven, rejoice, alleluia.
For He whom you did merit to bear, alleluia.
Has risen, as he said, alleluia.
Pray for us to God, alleluia.
Rejoice and be glad, O Virgin Mary, alleluia.
For the Lord has truly risen, alleluia.
